kb111 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

By accessing kb111.click, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use kb111's services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and kb111 (the platform operator). They cover all services offered at kb111.click, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, baccarat, ludo games, online casino slots, crash games and the kb111 VIP Club membership programme.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English as the platform's primary language. They are intended for players in Pakistan and reflect the context of the Pakistani market, including all PKR payment operations and locally available payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and Visa/Mastercard.

To register and use kb111's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kb111 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and for your personal use only. Corporate or third-party registrations are not permitted.
• You must not already have an existing account at kb111. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not be self-excluded from kb111 or similar gaming platforms at the time of registration.

kb111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a CNIC, passport or utility bill) at any point during your registration or continued use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and, where applicable, the forfeiture of any bonus funds held in the account.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and you accept responsibility for keeping it updated. Any account found to have been registered with false information is subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Each player is entitled to hold one and only one account at kb111. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If our systems detect that a player has registered more than one account — whether under their own name or using different personal details — all accounts will be closed and any balances, pending bets or bonus funds in those accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. kb111 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure. Players may not share their account with any other person, allow a third party to use their account or operate their account on behalf of someone else. All bets must be placed by the registered account holder personally.

Account names and profile details must reflect the player's real identity. Accounts using fictitious names or details belonging to another person will be closed. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the kb111 account.

All deposits and withdrawals at kb111 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency transactions and no conversion fees. The platform supports the following payment methods:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as the kb111 account. kb111 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above standard limits.

The standard maximum daily withdrawal limit for regular accounts is Rs 500,000. Higher limits apply to VIP tier members — up to Rs 5,000,000 per day for Diamond tier accounts. If a player wishes to make a withdrawal above their tier's standard limit, they should contact support in advance to arrange this.

kb111 commits to processing approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated above. Processing delays caused by the payment provider's own systems are outside our control; however, we will always follow up on your behalf if a withdrawal has not arrived within the stated window.

kb111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. General bonus rules are as follows:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Expired offers cannot be retrospectively applied.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each offer and typically range from 1x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games such as baccarat, blackjack and roulette may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The exact contribution rates are published in each bonus's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer is considered fraud and will result in all accounts being closed.
• kb111 reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotional offer at any time, but changes will not affect offers that have already been accepted and are currently being wagered by a player.

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed at kb111, it is final. Players may not cancel or modify a bet once it has been accepted by the platform, except where the specific game or market explicitly offers a cash-out or in-play amendment feature.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all sports betting markets, live casino tables and casino games at kb111. These limits are displayed within the game interface and betting slip. kb111 reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual accounts, markets or events, particularly in cases where suspicious betting patterns have been identified.

In the event of a technical failure — server outage, connection interruption or game software error — any affected bets or game rounds will be resolved in one of two ways: (a) the round is replayed from the point of interruption using stored game state data, or (b) where replay is not possible, the bet is voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. kb111 will communicate the resolution method where a significant number of players are affected.

In sports betting, settlement of markets follows the official result declared by the governing body of the sport in question. For cricket, this is the ECB, PCB, ICC or the relevant domestic board. For football, the final whistle result applies unless a market explicitly states otherwise (e.g., including extra time). kb111 does not knowingly accept bets on events whose outcomes are already known (late bets). If such a bet is inadvertently accepted, it will be voided and the stake returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at kb111 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds, including any pending withdrawals:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using kb111 accounts to process fraudulent transactions or to attempt to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals.
• Account sharing or multiple accounts: Registering more than one account or sharing login access with another person for any purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, Teen Patti or other multiplayer formats.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch or error in kb111's software to place bets or generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros or any software that automates betting decisions or game play without genuine player participation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for deposits that were legitimately used at kb111. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Providing false information: Registering with fake personal details, a false date of birth or a name that does not match the payment method used for withdrawals.
• Misuse of bonuses: Creating multiple accounts, using multiple payment methods or coordinating with others to claim more than one new player bonus or to exploit any promotional offer beyond its intended purpose.

kb111 reserves the right to report suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity to relevant Pakistani authorities and financial institutions.

The kb111 VIP Club is an automatic loyalty programme open to all registered players. VIP points are earned on all real-money wagers placed at kb111 across all game categories, subject to the earn rate applicable to each game type. Tier thresholds and earn rates are published on the VIP Club page and may be updated from time to time with prior notice.

VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond) are determined by cumulative lifetime points earned on the account. Tiers are permanent once reached — they do not reset on a monthly or annual basis — unless kb111 announces a change to the programme structure, in which case at least 30 days' advance notice will be provided to all active VIP members.

Weekly cashback credits are calculated on net losses (total losses minus total winnings) from Monday to Sunday and credited automatically to your balance every Monday. Cashback credited at Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers carries a 1x wagering requirement. Cashback at Platinum and Diamond tiers is credited with no wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable.

VIP benefits including personal account managers, priority withdrawal processing and bespoke offers are provided at the discretion of kb111 and may be adjusted based on account activity and standing. kb111 reserves the right to remove VIP benefits from accounts found to be engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.

kb111 takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a comprehensive set of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available in your account settings at any time and are actioned immediately on request:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount for your account.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold for daily, weekly or monthly periods.
• Session time reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom period chosen by you.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your kb111 account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period (6 months).

kb111's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or that your account has been handled unfairly, you should contact our support team in the first instance. We commit to acknowledging all formal disputes within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kb111 operates.

kb111 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published at kb111.click/terms-conditions with an updated "last modified" date.

For significant changes — particularly those that affect player rights around withdrawals, bonuses or account closure — kb111 will provide a minimum of 14 days' advance notice via your registered email address and/or an in-platform notification. Continuing to use kb111 after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
